A Brief History
Backed by the drive to help his mom conserve energy and live a stress free life at home, Geoff Whitlock set out to create Custodia. In late 2018, he did not know how impactful Custodia was going to be, but he new exactly what it shouldn’t be; a company that desired profits more than the need to help older adults in the community. Within a few years, Custodia had grown to 40 communities helping thousands of seniors across Canada.
The idea was born
In late 2018 driving to his moms house, Geoff yearned for someone to call to help them with the little things around the home and yard.
A drive to help
In 2019, he got started helping seniors in Mimico. Asking questions, spending the time, excited to learn. He wanted to add value for the community.
Adapt and pivot
By the end of 2020, Custodia had booked 17,312 service visits for seniors in 10 communities in Southern Ontario.
Scale to meet the need
By early 2021, Custodia had grown to 40 communities across Canada helping thousands of seniors live better lives.
Built for seniors
Over 20,000 service visits booked for seniors and their families.
We obsess over our customers because they are the reason why we do what we do. It’s even why we price our products and services so most seniors can afford them. They inspire us, challenge us, and in turn, help us provide a more valuable service.Open jobs
