SPONSOR
The Custodia Winter Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Custodia Home Management (“Custodia” or the “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Ontario who reside in the service areas of Custodia and who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and agents of Custodia, including their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on Jan 20 and ends on Feb 6th, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be valid.
Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, enter by Facebook Form or Website Form at https://custodia.com/contest.
Only one (1) entry per household is permitted. Multiple entries submitted by the same household may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
PRIZES
A total of $10,000 in home maintenance prizes (the “Prizes”) will be awarded to selected winners. Prizes are divided into various amounts, ranging from $200 to $2,000 each, as determined by the Sponsor.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other services.
All Prize services must be redeemed and completed by March 31, 2025, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with Custodia.
The prize value may be applied toward labor costs only and cannot be used to cover the cost of any materials purchased from retail.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The Sponsor will select winners by a random draw to be conducted on February 10, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry. If a selected winner does not respond within [48 hours or a specified time], is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner.
ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
By entering, participants also agree to receive promotional emails from Custodia. Participants may opt out of receiving such communications at any time.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctioning of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service; or (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process.
In no event shall the Sponsor be liable for any special, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
PRIVACY
By entering this Sweepstakes, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and for marketing or promotional purposes, in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
DISPUTES
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Any disputes shall be adjudicated in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

The list of winners will be available after February 11, 2025, by sending an email request to marketing@custodia.com.
