It depends on where you’re located. Some of our locations are able to get the job done even if you aren’t home, as long as the work area is easily accessible and the team can take payment over the phone.

However, some locations do require you to be at home in order to perform the services. All in-home services must have a customer over 18 years of age present at the time of the work taking place.

On the day of your appointment with us, our friendly, uniformed truck team members will give you a call 15-30 minutes before the start of your two hour promise window.

They’ll say hi, let you know what time they plan to arrive, and confirm any other details about your appointment if needed.

Pricing and Payment

No, we can’t give you an exact price over the phone. Since we typically price based on the size/space/volume of work needed at your home, we need to see the items in person before we can give you an exact price. F

For materials that have a heavy cubic weight like dirt, concrete, and gravel, pricing is based on the total cost of delivery and installation on your property.

No, Custodia is a paid service, but it’s a one-stop-shop for all your home maintenance needs. You pay one upfront price, and we take care of everything from picking up materials to sweeping up after the job. No hidden fees!
