How are services delivered
Snow clearing services will be dispatched to your property within one business day of a snowfall event covered under your plan (3cm or 5cm accumulation).
For lawn services, we will visit your property to complete lawn services on the schedule day (day of the week, beginning on start day) weather permitting. Garden Maintenance visits will re-occur biweekly concurrent with the first lawn cut visit of that month.
Seasonal yard clean-up will be targeted for completion in May/October and may be rescheduled depending on weather trends and regional yard waste pick-ups days.
If a service visit needs to be rescheduled due to heavy rain our standard practice is to reschedule it for the next business day.
