The Custodia Home Management Plan Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on October 6th at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (E.T.) and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. E.T. or when the first 100 eligible redemptions have been claimed (the “Promotion Period”), whichever occurs first. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 The Promotion is open only to individuals who, at the time of sign-up, meet all of the

following criteria (“Eligible Participants”):

 Are existing policyholders of The Co-operators Group of Companies (“Co-operators”) with an active home insurance policy; and

 Principal residence is in one of the following Ontario municipalities or regions: Etobicoke, Mississauga, Hamilton, Dundas, Ancaster, Burlington, Oakville,Scarborough, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Oshawa, Whitby, Pickering, North York, Ajax, Brampton, Toronto, St Catharines, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, or Grimsby.

1.2 Excluded from eligibility are:

 Employees, representatives, or agents of Custodia Inc., Co-operators, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and any persons with whom such employees, representatives, or agents are domiciled.



2. HOW TO REDEEM

2.1 To receive the discount, an Eligible Participant must purchase a Custodia Home Management Plan during the Promotion Period by contacting Custodia through approved sign-up channels: 1-833-410-4357 or online at https://custodia.com/buy-a-home-management-plan/.

2.2 An Eligible Participant must use code “COOP2025” when purchasing online. Use of online codes will be subject to verification before the Offer is applied. Eligibility will be confirmed between Custodia and Co-operators. No policy information will be shared –only confirmation that a home policy is in place.

2.3 The first one hundred (100) Eligible Participants to complete a valid sign-up will receive up to a $200 CAD discount applied to their Home Management Plan (“Offer”).

2.4 Limit of one (1) Offer per household. The Offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.

3. OFFER DETAILS

3.1 The Offer of up to $200 CAD is applied to the first invoice or subscription payment only, for a new Custodia Home Management Plan. If the first invoice is less than $200, than the first invoice will be reduced to $0 with the use of the promotional code. The Offer will not carry over to a second invoice.

3.2 The Offer cannot be combined with any other Custodia promotional offer, discount,or credit.

3.3 Taxes, fees, or additional services beyond the Home Management Plan are the sole responsibility of the participant.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

4.1 The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.

4.2 Custodia reserves the right to verify eligibility and to cancel, suspend, or modify the the Offering in its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.

4.3 Custodia assumes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected sign-ups, or for technical or telephone malfunctions.

4.4 All decisions of Custodia regarding the Promotion, including the determination of the first 100 valid sign-ups, are within Custodia’s sole-discretion, final and binding.

4.5 By participating, each Eligible Participant releases Custodia, Co-operators, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability related to the Promotion or use of the discount.

5. PRIVACY

5.1 Personal information collected for the Promotion will be used by Custodia solely for the administration of the Promotion and to provide the Home Management Plan. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Participants consent to Custodia confirming eligibility with the Co-operators business team for the sole purpose of verifying that a home policy is in place. No policy information will be shared between the parties

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Custodia and Co-operators shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or use of the discount, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or special damages.
