Completing a job in the Custodia Home Pro app is a straightforward process designed to ensure that you provide excellent service and accurately track your time. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
1. Navigate to the Jobs Tab: Open the app and go to the Jobs tab. Select Today to see the list of your scheduled jobs. Choose the job you’re currently working on.
2. Start the Job Timer: When you arrive at the customer’s site, start the job by beginning the timer. This helps track how long the job takes and lets our customer service team know that you’re on-site.
3. Pause and Resume as Needed: If you need to take a break or lunch, you can pause the timer. When you’re ready to continue, simply resume the job.
4. Complete the Job: When the job is done, stop the timer and proceed to complete the job.
5. Engage with the Customer: As part of our commitment to 5-star customer service, take a moment to chat with the customer, ensure they’re satisfied, and ask if they need anything else. Perform a quick perimeter check of the property to ensure everything is in order.
6. Add Notes and Media: If you have any notes or pictures related to the job, such as photos of the completed work, use the Add Media button to upload them. This can include descriptions like “completed the full yard” or “swept off the driveway.”
7. Confirm Completion: After adding any final details, confirm the job completion. The app will mark the job as complete and send the update to our system.
