Make or Change a Quote

Changing a quote in the Custodia Home Pro app is a necessary step, especially when performing on-site estimates. Here’s a quick guide to updating a quote:

1. Go to the Jobs Tab: Open the app and navigate to the Jobs tab. Find the job for which you need to adjust the quote, such as a free estimate.

2. Access More Actions: Click on the More Actions button, located next to the Cancel Job option. This will bring up a menu with several options for the selected job.

3. Select “Change Quote”: Choose the option to change the quote. Update any details as needed—such as noting that the yard is larger than expected or that the customer requested additional services like fertilization.

4. Set the Job Price: Adjust the price accordingly. For example, you might set the job price at $45, with an additional $10 for materials. Make sure to include a material cost, even if it’s minimal, so the system registers the update properly.

5. Save Changes: After making the necessary updates, save the new quote. The system will now reflect the changes, ensuring both you and the customer have the correct information.
