Home Helpers are responsible for executing in the most efficient way possible following a one-piece-flow system that allows you to execute each service visit in one flow. Following this process, our customers will always be happy and you will get more overall satisfaction from the work knowing it’s done well and you won’t need to go back to fix anything.

Procedure

☝🏽 Getting the visit done in one flow saves you time and time is money! The more time you save, the easier work is. Try to make a flow of it. From the assessment straight through the end of the job and billing in one flow. It’s easier than you think!

  1. Capture many types of odd jobs and household tasks into one professional service visit
  2. Understand the requirements and equip yourself before you go
  3. Shop if needed along the way
  4. Call the customer to confirm their order and our timing
  5. Call the customer if you are delayed to ensure they don’t wait or worry
  6. Every visit starts and ends with a nice chat to engage the seniors and make them smile
  7. Get the required work done in one visit
  8. A perimeter safety check is performed at every visit and issues are reported to the customer
  9. Notes and images are captured and buttons are pressed to conclude work
  10. Confirm the customer is happy before pressing complete on the job
  11. Automatic billing and payment immediately after each visit or on a monthly schedule
