2. Enhanced Calendar View for Sweeps
We’ve optimized the calendar view for sweeps, making it easier for you to manage your schedule. This improvement simplifies how customer service teams organize your daily tasks, helping you stay on top of your jobs and complete them with greater ease.
3. New Date Picker for Field Tasks
A new date picker for field tasks has been added, allowing you to access historical data directly from your dashboard. This feature provides better visibility of past tasks and makes tracking job history simpler.

1. Chat Messaging in the Helper App
We’re thrilled to announce that Sprint 53 will bring even better communication between home pros and customers. Our team is implementing chat functionality within the helper app, allowing you to communicate in real time with customers and support teams. This will make it easier to address questions, share updates, and collaborate more effectively in the field.
2. Willcall Task Bundles
We’re also adding the ability for the helper app to accept Willcall task bundles, which will streamline task management and allow you to handle related jobs more efficiently. This improvement is designed to help you optimize your workflow and get more done in less time.
