How It Works:
1. Spot Opportunities on the Job:
While you’re working at a customer’s property, be on the lookout for chances to introduce additional services. If a customer asks about any of our offerings, you have two ways to earn:
• Refer them to Custodia using the QR code provided.
• Sell the service directly on-site and keep the Custodia margin, plus earn the incentive.
2. Submit the Lead:
Submitting a lead is simple. Scan the QR code, enter the customer’s information, and select your name. You can also do this directly from the Custodia app using the “Add a Lead” feature.
3. Customer Service Takes Over:
Once the lead is submitted, our Customer Service (CS) team is immediately notified. They handle the follow-up to convert the lead into a sale or an assessment.
4. Get Paid for Every Conversion:
After the customer books a service or assessment, your lead is tracked, and you’ll be paid for every successful conversion at the end of the month.
Maximize Your Earnings with Upsells:
Existing customers offer just as much potential for earning extra! When you successfully sell an additional service to a current customer, you’ll receive a $50 bonus. This is on top of your regular pay for the job, making it a great way to increase your earnings without much extra effort.
The Process:
• Immediate Follow-Up: Once a lead is submitted, the CS team prioritizes it for action.
• Job Setup: If you’ve already sold the service, the City Coordinator helps schedule the job in the app.
• Assessment and Pricing Support: If the customer isn’t ready to book, the CS team sends out a professional to conduct an assessment, provide a quote, and close the sale.
• Unsuccessful Assessments: If a lead doesn’t convert, no incentive is paid. This keeps the focus on successful deals.

Every interaction is an opportunity to increase your earnings. Imagine this: while working on a yard cleanup, a neighbor inquires about a similar service. You refer them, and not only do you get your portion of the job, but you also pocket an additional $100 for the referral.
Other scenarios to consider:
• Gutter Cleaning: While on the job, a customer mentions their clogged gutters. You upsell Custodia’s gutter cleaning service and earn an extra $50 on top of your regular fee.
• Window Cleaning: A passerby notices your work and asks about window cleaning. You refer them, they book through Custodia, and you earn a bonus!
• Handyman Services: A customer asks about minor repairs. You secure a booking for handyman services and add another bonus to your day’s earnings.
