Scope <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This procedure covers the reasoning and execution of one of our core differentiators – The Chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All Custodia team members are responsible for having a little chat with our customers, both on the phone and in person. The chat is our way of combining ‘companionship’ with ‘maintenance’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Custodia is actively trying to help our customers reduce stress by being someone they can rely on, and someone they like to have around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\ude42 The Chat<\/strong> is a mandatory procedure that must be followed at every service visit where the customer is available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  1. Approach the customer home standing tall with your Custodia Hat on<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Knock on the customer door and smile<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Confirm the work you are doing during the service visit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Ask them what they are thinking about today or another leading question that gets them talking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Intently listen to them, active listening and genuine<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Respond where necessary or ask another leading question<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. We want them to talk to you, we want them to like you<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u2705 According to research; the easiest way to get people to like you is to be genuinely interested in them<\/p>\n\n\n\n
